Reporting a copyright concern

If you believe that content connected to Learis infringes your copyright, you can send us a notice. To help us act on it quickly, please include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• The specific release, link, or location where the infringing content appears.
• Your contact information (name and email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review each notice and, where it's justified, take reasonable steps to address it — which may include removing or disabling access to the content in question.

If you believe a takedown was a mistake

If content connected to you was removed and you believe this was in error, you can send a counter-notice to the same address, explaining why you believe the content shouldn't have been removed. We'll consider it and respond directly.

Repeat infringement

We may end our relationship with anyone who repeatedly and knowingly submits content that infringes someone else's rights.
